Most people choose this disinfectant because it is fully tested, it is entirely non-toxic, with a PH of 7.6 There is no need to rinse with water. It does not contain harmful Phoenol, Aldehyde or Alcohol.
This product is safe to use on all surfaces as it is entirely non-staining, non-tainting and non-irritant. Also being water-based and biodegradable it is kind to the environment.
Directions for use
This large bottle of concentrate can be diluted to fill smaller bottles or fogging machines. We recommend a 1:50 dilution by volume to ensure maximum effectiveness when using to apply a fog through a fogging machine such as the CP5 or CF300, which means each 5ltr bottle is 250ltrs of solution.
No need to rinse with water, as it leaves no residue, is non-tainting, non-staining, non-irritant and contains no harmful chemicals. In cases of virus infection, dilute 1:10 for fogging
Regarding PPE requirement when using Covisan, the data sheet should be consulted which states the need to use safety goggles to EN166, gloves to EN374, and we suggest the use of an FFP2 or FFP3 mask which are both effective in the protection against fine liquid and dust particles.
An over suite can also be warn but is not suggested as a requirement by the manufacturer.
Coronavirus
Covisan disinfectant concentrate has been proven effective against Coronavirus, at a dilution of 1:50 and a surface contact time of 5 minutes.
For maximum effect, use with a CP5 or CF300 fogging machine to ensure all areas are reached. In cases of virus infection, dilute 1:10 for fogging
This disinfectant is certified to BS EN1276 and EN14476 Antimicrobial agents against viruses in suspension modified for canine parvovirus.
BS EN 1276 is the European standard for the bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectants as proof of effective infection control against harmful micro-organisms.
